一開始聽到講座題目是有關飲食時覺得很特別,沒有聽過類似的講座覺得很新鮮。學姐介紹了法國藍帶廚藝學校歷史背景及了解到“藍帶”是頂級廚師的象征。學姐也介紹法國各代表食物的來源及歷史,深感法國飲食文化的深度及廣度,讓我很想嘗嘗當地的甜點。
